Volunteers

Volunteers are key to every outreach program at The Rock Church. People from The Rock and other churches, as well as other caring individuals, volunteer their time, skills and efforts to meet needs through Bibleville, C-23 Youth and other outreach programs. Volunteers help and mentor children and youth, drive buses, cook meals, wash dishes, and assist with a variety of other tasks.

Currently, we need volunteers for the following tasks and areas:

The Rock Church:

  • Building maintenance and upgrading
  • Janitorial
  • “Techies” (sound, video, computers, lighting, etc)

For Bibleville:

  • Table leaders
  • Bus drivers (must have the appropriate Class 2 bus driver’s license)
  • Van Drivers
  • Ride Along Supervisors
  • Cooks and clean-up staff
  • Kitchen Setup
  • Sound system operator

For C-23 Youth:

  • Youth leaders
  • Bus drivers (must have the appropriate Class 2 bus driver’s license)
  • Van Drivers
  • Ride Along Supervisors
  • Cooks and clean-up staff
  • Sound system operator

For Winning Women:

  • Cooks and clean-up staff
  • People to set up and take down tables

If you are willing to let God use you to minister to children, youth or adults in practical ways, please contact the pastors or members of the ministry team.  You can do that by phone (306-975-7197), by email: info@nulltherockchurchsaskatoon.ca, or by typing a message into the form at the bottom of this page. A pastor will contact you and arrange to get together to talk about becoming a volunteer.

God will bless you as you serve Him.

(Please note that to work with children or youth you must be trained and approved through our Plan to Protect program. Email us @ info@nulltherockchurchsaskatoon.ca for this information.)

If you are already volunteering, thank you SO much for your commitment to minister through one or more of The Rock Church ministries! Your love for children, youth and adults, and your practical efforts to do something real and lasting in their lives is a blessing to them and to us.

1 Thessalonians 1:2: We always thank God for all of you, mentioning you in our prayers.
